After asking around and on advice from a friend who had first-hand knowledge of the quality of Kersten's workmanship, I hired them to do a pretty extensive driveway and retaining wall replacement. I was pleased beyond words with the outstanding quality of service. Dustin was quick to get out and do the measurements, and Barbara patiently talked me through the proposal and work plan. Dustin and crew completed their work in a professional manner. The outstanding results reflect their unquestionable mastery of their craft. I did not get any estimates or proposals from local competitors, as my faith in those who recommended them was total. A highly impressive stand-out that presents itself immediately is that each member of the crew is a motivated self-starter. They know what needs to be done, when to do it and they don't wait to be told. No idle standing around waiting for instructions. Led by an energetic, highly skilled, and totally professional supervisor, this crew goes beyond simply showing up and pouring concrete. They do it all and ensure that they follow-up on every detail.
